A bit sneaky

Sold us a holiday to La Gomera with a lot of hidden costs: the ferry was not included (80 euros all together) and it was impossible to make the last ferry from our flight so had to stay the night in Tenerife even though we had paid for the night in La Gomera hotel. Should have checked for ourselves, sure, but when you buy a package deal you expect this kind of things are at least said out front, if not already sorted by company. Wont use them again in a hurry.
