Awful. Shocking. Zilch Customer Service.

I was lured to VERY by a tempting (at the time) offer of saving £25 on my first purchase. All 'very' good until I receive the said £100 item that was covered in scratch and pen marks - not to worry VERY it was ONLY my 3 year olds main christmas present that you had repackaged. Did someone really think I wouldn't notice the 'used' condition of said item or are your quality checkers that poor?? So after 40 minutes on the phone holding I was advised a man in a white van would collect the item, waited in all day - he didn't show. Again 30 minutes on the phone, no reply. Spoke to Jill on webchat who was very sorry and rearranged for yodel to collect the following day, waited in all day again - they didn't come....again. 3rd call to VERY and this time hung up on by 'Huw' charming! I call back and end up speaking to Werner in South Africa. Do you get the picture? Said item still awaiting Collection. To sum it up it is my first and last purchase, from a lady with a very high phone bill and nothing to show for it. DISGUSTED doesn't come close to my experience with VERY.
