Have used Hungry House a number of times before but we placed an order for a basic Chinese Meal with Jasmine Garden takeaway Southampton at 7.30 in this Saturday evening. The email after the payment went through said there was a 1 hour and 1/2 wait. If we had been informed before the payment was processed then we would have cancelled. At 9.30 the meal still had not arrived. We rang Jasmine Garden and they said it would be another 25 mins.. We should have cancelled there and then. The takeaway didn't arrive until 10.15.. We didn't even get a proper apology or any money back..Never again will we use Hungry House or Jasmine Garden!!
