Twice now I have had issues purchasing on line. The first time you phoned me to complete the order manually but whoever i spoke to didn't process the payment and the order sat in limbo for a week and a half. The second time it happened I had to phone your 0845 number to make sure it went through. This didn't used to happen with your old web site! If its happening to me then it must be happening to many of your other customers. Its not good service. Also what has happened to the shipping? Goods used to arrive the next day now they take 5 - 7 days. Very disappointing. Other than that your staff are polite and helpful. I just hope you resolve your technical and postal issues.
