PC Specialist Ltd

PC Specialist are amazing but DPS not so much.

I ordered my computer and they did everything I could hope for, they gave me consistant feedback to all my e-mails and did everything I asked them to do. They are an amazing company as they text me everything to do with my order and kept me up to date with its building status.
However When I recevied the package I noticed a huge dent in the box but signed for it before I could have done anything about it, assuming the box was dropped on something quite hard as the cardbox was really tough I wasnt very impressed. I could have sent it back however It was a gift so couldnt as it wouldnt be here to gift to the person on their birthday, So I opened it up and found that the disk drive didnt work so I ended up having to mess around with the wiring to get it to work.

Like the title PC Specialist are amazing but DPS dont care about their deliverys.
