happy with the actual purchase, price, variety and availability, but having had previous bad experience with deliveries from [link], I asked on the order for them NOT to be used if at all possible but this was ignored and the order did actually arrive from [link] on time at the correct address unlike last time, but [link]s tracking service is appalling and i would always opt NOT to use them, as I do not have time to sit and wait in for several days until they decide to deliver. this has put me off ordering with PetSupermarket in future
great product and good price but the buying expereience was badly let down Yodels inability to a) leave a card to say they'd attempted delivery meaning I only found out from tracking the parcel b) not being able to follow redelivery instructions c) leaving parcel in an unsafe place at the wrong address leaving it open to theft and also box was soaked through from the rain and it's only by good luck that the items were in plastic bags or would have been ruined.
would use BestPet again, but not while using this company to deliver
