We where gravely disappointed , when arriving at the queens theatre on Saturday to discover the seats selected where not the same as those assigned during our booking.
The seats selected on you web page during purchase where the second row on the third tear “ CENTRE”. This was important as I was aware that this would have given the best and full view of the stage. During our booking, I looked at alternate dates, and took great care and even searching various alternate vendors until finally selecting the desired seats on your web page - for a central, second row seas for the best and view of the performance.
When we arrived the Queen theatre we where surprised and upset to discover that Viagogo felt it appropriate to change this without first consulting us. We where seated about 5 rows up on the third tier, but positioned hard on the edge. This would have still been acceptable, except in that we where unable to see part of the stage on the right missing and ruining the performance for us.
We have contacted Viagogo since their response below in resolution to this matter, we are still to get a response from them.
