I have never used Consortium before but would definitely use them again after this,my first experience. I especially liked the fact that when I did have a query I went straight through to a person who could actually deal immediately with that query. There were no contact centres or having to choose a selection of numbers to push - very rare these days. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable & friendly and called me back within minutes,as he said he would,with the answer to my question. The customer service was the best I have dealt with for years & I would have no problem recommending Consortium to anyone who is thinking of making a purchase from them.
