Charged three times for the same order.
My problem was rectified this was the response.
"...I have processed a refund for the additional 2 transactions. I am really sorry about this, and I have reported to our web-team to prevent this from happening again".

Thanks for your review. I am very sorry for your experience. There was an error with your card processing which was down to a server error out of our control. I fully appreciate this is not acceptable and I have personally checked that the monies have been refunded. Please rest assured this matter has been escalated.
