We ordered a 3metre wide blind and were inpressed by the prices so looked forward t its arrival, but the courier decided to drag it along the ground and oneend was distinctly grubby.
I only discovered this three weeks after delivery as we were redecorating and I didn't want to fit the blind until that was done. I contacted the company and asked how we could clean it, but Peter at tMade to measure asked me if I could send a pic, and promptly offered to replace the whole thing free of charge.
The new blind arrived with n a week and was 100% perfect. It fitted perfectly to the length and we are absolutely delighted.
We're also buying from them again!
