First of all I will just make it clear to everyone that I was satisfied with the quality of the clothes. I bought some of the more expensive on the site. but also some to app. 10 pounds. and of course there have to be some coherence between price and quality - but I 100 got what I payed for and expected.
Now to my story...
I decided to order from missguided some weeks ago, I live in Denmark and ordered from here. I liked their styles and thought the web shop looked great. I ordered, but during the payment the website shot down.
Since I had not received any confirm i tried once again. The same happened. I decided to stop trying when i realized that they had reserved the amount on my credit card, twice! I had not received and confirms or anything from missguided and I started to get nervous! I decided to go on trustpilot to see if anyone had had the same experience and I was horrified. I was at that point sure that I would never see neither clothes nor money ever again. But i decided to email missguided and within 72 hours I had my answer. Though both of my orders had been sent missguided took full responsibility for the mistake and refounded one of the two orders.
I believe that that is great costumer care and I felt that missguided did everything possible to make up for their mistake. + I can see that many have written that it is impossible to get contact to misguided via. their contact number. I called it a monday morning and got in touch with a very nice girl, who though did not have permission to do anything about my orders, but she promised me to send me on to someone who had. And she did. I am satisfied with missguided, and i probably will be back to order more soon!
