They just sorted my collection address mistake out straight away, even after I made 2 mistakes...very patient, brilliant. The guys name was Adam G, top man!!
I had a problem with a parcel that I sent through Parcel2Go; the buyer complained that when the item arrived it was damaged beyond repair. I spoke to a lady called Katie on the 'Livechat' help forum who sorted it all out there and then for me. In reality she didn't need to do as much as she did but she went over and above for me and I was chuffed with the level of service received. Brilliant in a word, highly recommended company and staff.
