Missguided

need to treat customers better!

i have shopped with missguided before and never had any problems, but i returned an order on the 23rd of november plus i reordered on the same day i still havent recieved my refund or the skirt that i reordered, i have emailed 3 times already but got no replies. im getting very impatient as i want my £24.99 refund plus the skirt i have ordered, so unprofessional for such a large company.
