I had the misfortune to deal with Tennisnuts recently , they sent me a pair of substandard k-swiss tennis shoes TWICE they lasted 3 weeks each pair !!
When i informed them they were very slow in responding & tried to charge me more money when i changed model on the 3rd time of asking .
Also i asked one of their sales Team (william) to get a supervisor to contact me in early September regarding setting up a deal to sell rackets for my company Matchpoint Tennis coaching services. I still await a CALL ?? When i phoneed a week later he informed me that they had been busy in sales meetings & someone would contact me . I'm STILL waiting for that call. In all i find them very unprofessional & will inform ALL my clients not to deal with them.

Original pair bought on 23rd July. These were sent back 11th september, which were replaced on the 12th.
These were also sent back on the 15th November, which were replaced on the 19th due to an intervening weekend.
In both cases we could have argued "normal wear and tear" but agreed to replace without argument. You wanted a replacement pair which were £20 more but we agreed to charge only £10 more.
As for selling rackets for us, we get hundreds of cold calls from people wishing to sell rackets on our behalf. At this busy time of the year, we can deal with some of these calls but not all of them. We ask that genuine enquiries are sent to info@tennisnuts.com to be dealt with.
