Eventually quality we hoped for

Everyone I made contact with was helpful. I requested sample designs. The samples ,minus one design, did arrive in a matter of days. I then had problems getting the favourite option sample. It took 3 attempts, ordering initially on line and then on the phone requestng the missing sample. Each time I was reassured that it had been sent out but they did not arrive . I eventually received it after 2 weeks but unfortunately some parts of the samples were missing. At this stage I have to admit I was considering buying from another company. Eventually I did receive the full sample .I made an order which was received after 5 working days as stated. I would have felt more reassured had I been dealing with the same person on the phone, instead I spoke to different people all were helpful,but I needed to run through the whole scenario each time I phoned. Very frustrating.
