On our visit to dreams a lovely young man served us . He has very good customer skills and was extremely polite and helpful. Unlike his manager.
I was told to come back to the store on Tuesday to pick up my free pillows as they were out of stock when I purchased my bed. I saw the manager when I arrived at the store and was trying to speak to him about the pillows but he was more interested in his food that his college had just brought for him ....and I was almost dismissed with a wave of the hand as the pillows were not in stock ....still. I will phone you when they are in.i had no phone call So on my 3rd visit to the store and they were still unavailable the manager said I will deliver them for me personally on monday. Being as he never even asked my mane and address I wondered how he was going to do this!!!!!!! Anyway I phoned the store on the Wednesday and the young man that served me originally delivered them to my home address.
I think the manager of this store needs to go on a customer care course.....or take lessons from his staff
