Purchased a 3D smart TV. Turned up on the first day of the estimated delivery period and the TV was as advertised. Fantastic price, but no 2-pin Europe-to-3-pin UK adapter included as was promised in the description (fortunately I already had one in the house, so that wasn't a huge problem, just a negative on principal), and contact with WAE+ has been patchy to non-existent - no UPS tracking number was provided when requested via the quick response portal (and I'm still waiting for a response to that), and the phone generally goes straight through to a machine which states they are too busy to answer the phone so use the quick response portal. Which they don't bother responding to.
Despite the good prices, I doubt I'll use them again as I would prefer to pay a few extra quid for better communication and customer service, and it sounds from most other reviews that you'll only receive the item if a third party has it in stock. It seems I've been luckier than most others in this case...
