Easy to use website, fantastic customer service and delivery!!
This is the 2nd time we've used Mattressman and I would definitely recommend them. The website is really easy to use and you can search for mattresses using different things, like - depth of mattress, type of inside (eg open coil), make. On checkout you can select a delivery date. Before the delivery date, you get an email/text advising you of your 2 hour delivery slot - this is brilliant as it means you're not waiting in all day for your delivery.

Found me a solution not a problem!
I ordered my father-in-laws Christmas present easily on the website. I then received an email advising me that the item was out of stock - here we go, I thought! Beginning of a shopping disaster! I couldn't have been more wrong, I received another email a few days later letting me know that the item was back in and dispatched! It arrived first class, in good packaging. I would definitely use this company again. Top class service.
