Rubbersole

can't comment...no product; no communication since order

I placed my order on 28 November and it is now 3 December and have not received one notification or communication regarding my order. I have tried to track my order but they say the number is incorrect. So all in all, not very satisfied as I don't know whether my order has been processed and if it has when i am likely to receive it.
