I think Just Eat is a great concept, & I've used the site for a long time.
Having had a really poor experience from a takeaway this evening, I wanted to post a review on just-eat.co.uk. Frustratingly, there's no way to access the 'My Account' features from the mobile site, (you also can't read reviews from the mobile site, which will be stopping restaurants from getting new business) and no way to override and access the full site. To me, these are pretty major flaws - I scarcely use my laptop & I'm unlikely to go & get it just to post a review. Just Eat, restaurants and customers will all be missing out on valuable insight here.
On the occasions that I've had a problem with a Just Eat order, it's been the restaurant at fault. I think they need to work more closely with their restaurants, or have a more robust vetting & review process, to stop people being more inconvenienced than ordering the traditional way, & being turned off.
