We've used Kenable many times in the past to supply good quality products, more often than not at the best prices we can find on the Web. Once again, the guys did not disppoint: a gold-ended, 10m phono cable for under a fiver... unbeatable!!
Unfortunately Kenable used Royal Mail's thoroughly misleading "48" service (RM claims 2 - 5 days delivery) and my cable arrived 7 days after receiving my dispatch notification.
As always, the guy I spoke to at Kenable about the delivery was friendly, polite and understanding. All good... just use MyHermes!!
Having tried to buy equipment using a company credit card and failing because Barclaycard are hopeless; having phoned Barclaycard's call centre in India using the number that the pop-up window said; having been told by the operator monkey at Barclaycard that I had rung the wrong number; having been put through to Calor Gas by same operator monkey; having given up after 3 attempts at talking pidgin English to three different operator monkeys; I received a call from a pleasant, English, helpful gentleman from RCB, who had noticed the activity and wondered if he could help. Fantastic service! It's such a shame that customer service of this level is as rare as rocking horse poo! Without reservation, I would recommend.
Oh, and the goods were delivered within 24 hours, extremely well packaged, in perfect condition!
