I am normally very impressed with the speed of delivery of goods ordered from CPC. However, my recent experience of delay required a phone call to resolve the hold-up. Unfortunately that wasn't the end of the matter as the item was out of stock (only discovered by drilling down deeply into the order details with, unlike a major competitor, no stock status given at point of order) and no date given for re-supply. So what is normally a very quick turn-round turned into a few weeks.
