I had just move into a new house on a new development and decided to order blinds for most windows. I researched the Internet and found 24/7 blinds and they appealed to me because of the prices and good customer reviews. I ordered the blinds on a next day delivery as I was off work only to receive an email later that evening saying that there had been an admin error and the blinds would not be delivered on next day delivery. I was assured that I would have the blinds two day later (wed) so I had to take time off work to wait in for them. The blinds had arrived by 5pm so I rang the customer services who assured me that they were being delivered. They didn't arrive on the Wednesday or Thursday and despite me making over four calls to the customer services I was still being Told that the blinds had been on the delivery company van (TNT). It was eventually established that the driver hadn't been able to find my address despite me having sent info about the new development and my mobile phone number in case of any problems.
The blinds arrived on the Friday afternoon and this was after contacting the company and delivery driver direct.
I will say though that the blinds are of excellent quality and look absolutely stunning. Everyone who has visited has commented in them (I bought venetian 50mm in African black for living room and cream for the bedroom). They are very easy to put up and this coming from a very inexperienced DIY person.
Overall i got what I had hoped for in terms of the blinds it's just a real shame the company (24/7) and delivery company (TNT) don't communicate any better and I wouldn't have had to take two day off work.
