I bought a pair of headphones which I waited 10 days and they were faulty so I complained and at first they said that I would have to send them back at my cost which I thought was ridiculous so I arranged for expansys to arrange the courier. They picked them up and when I asked for an update from them they told me the items were being sent to france to their technical team who will attempt to repair them. I thought this was ridiculous as the manufacturer is the only company which can carry out a repair and I also le3 2la this is taking forever. I told them to that there are some of these headphones in stock so please reserve one for me while you determine the issue with these headphones they said yes at first then retracted that statement when I asked for an update later but assured me that stock arrives regularly. I subsequently found out, following another week of waiting that the stock had been depleted and they are awaiting stock which could take another 9 days then. I rang them and they told me the item had shipped even though on the status update page I was viewing the item was still awaiting stock. I asked for a refund and they refused at first after which I told them I wanted to speak to a manager. They agreed after making me wait on the phone for 30 mins. I would never buy from this company as their customer service is so poor.
