been waiting since september for a refund with no joy, will have to go through my credit card company to claim my money (£160) back.
Most times there is just no customer support - too busy.
If you ever do get through, it's the same girl every time.
No manager to speak to, transfer to accounts gets you cut off, on one occasion she told me there was no accounts section.
I just can't get no where, no replies to emails.
Just the pits.
