Not Fantastic!
I ordered a mug for Father's day and it arrived smashed up. I emailed and was responded to quickly and they sent out a replacement.
Sadly, the replacement had a chip on the top of the mug but, as it was already father's day, I had to give it to my child's father.
It would be better to use some kind of insulation/bubble wrap rather than simply put the mug into a cardboard box and send it to the customer.
I can't say that I would order from Truprint again following this fiasco. The mug is china and should have been properly insulated against breakage.
Customer service good though.

Fantastic service and beautiful product at a great price
I deliberated for ages to buy a digital piano as it isn't a cheap product. Reidys were by far the cheapest and delivered superfast. I emailed them to ask for advice and they gave neutral and helpful information - signposting me to Yamaha's website to research the products further. I really would not hesitate in recommending this company and will certainly be using them again. Special thanks to Ray who answered my queries promptly and was really helpful.

Really fast delivery & great communication
I used a voucher for these so the calendars worked out at £3 each including postage which I thought was very reasonable. Some difficulty navigating the site and uploading pics but the calendars arrived a week after ordering them and this was over Christmas! Paper quality could be thicker but the photos are great and will provide a wonderful memory for my mum and other recipient. Thank you - I would definitely use this company again.
