Good but...
Good products, website and service but being charged a lot for postage for a plotter that is a 'large letter' was a bit harsh.

We always do all we can to keep postage costs as low as we can. The price you pay includes the cost of the postage (recently increased by Royal Mail but decreased on our site.), the packaging and any taxes due on the cost.
We also offer free delivery for all UK orders over £35.
