If you a buying great. If you are returning for refund, dismal.

Whilst your initial sales and customer service are very good and most of your prices competitive, other aspects are abiismal.

I returned an item and over one week later I am still waiting for my refund. In this day and age of instant Paypal payments this kind of service is pathetic. At the moment I am intending to build one new bike and renovate another. Many of the required parts would have been purchased from you but not any longer. Suggest you improve this aspect of your business if you want to keep customers and get recommendations.

It must be stated that you returned an item of clothing (worn next to the skin)that had been used stating it wasnt suitable. We do not normally accept back clothing that has been used unless of course it was faulty as we cannot sell them on again.

We did make an acception in this case but the delay in the refund was due to the manner you went about things with PayPal that didnt allow a straight forward refund of the transaction. Everything is now resolved, if you had not put a dispute in with PayPal an immediate refund could have been made.

We do offer an easy returns system and policy and are very flexibile but I'm sure all customers understand about returning certain items of clothing once worn.
