Goos service with fast delivery
Originally purchasing the worng cartridges I called Shima-Uma to return the items. No questions asked. The replacement cartridegs arrived very quickly and I have no problems reccommending Shima-Uma to anyone. Now if they could just sort out the VAT refunds for overseas customers...........

My order was for 30 kilos of grout in differng colours. The order arrived quickly and is exactly as required. The bonus is that it was almost half the price of buying from a local hardware store and with a much better choice.
