When a problem arises?

I Found the keyboard I was looking for at gear for music for the lowest price out of 20 other companies.

I ordered quickly and the delivery arrive only a couple of days later.
Sadly one of the items I was expecting did not arrive, I sent one email and got a very prompt and apologetic reply the same day telling be that the missing bench would be sent out immediately and two days later I received the bench.

Most of the time you will not know how good a company's customer service is, at least not until something goes wrong, GEAR4MUSIC were certainly put to the test and I am very happy with their quick no quibble professional response.

It might be argued that not missing the item out would have been better "customer service", perhaps, but over the years I have learnt any company can make a mistake, the truly professional organisations show what they are made of when they are asked to fix a mistake.

I am very happy with GEAR4MUSIC I would recommend them to a friend and do business with them again.
