I recommend everybody avoids this company like the plague! I want to place an order on thehut.com but have a query that isn't answered in their FAQ section. I sent an email through my account I created....i got no response in 2 days. I then tried calling the customer service number....no one answered after 20 minutes, so I called their main group general enquiries number....no one answered in 20 minutes. I then tried back an hour later, called their customer service number....no one answered in 20 minutes! God only knows how frustrating it would be if I had paid for some goods as its impossible to get in touch with them! I shall be sharing my displeasure across the Internet and with my friends!
Worst customer service I have ever witnessed!
