I had a wonderful experience with the lady Stevie on the phone who was very helpful in assisting me with my requirements. I made the order and the company took my payment. However, after waiting for 10 days I had heard nothing and I phoned to ask what was happening and I was informed that the manufacturers were out of stock and they should be receiving more products from the manufacturer within a week. This happened another couple of times and I then realised that they had taken my money. Over 4 weeks later and I had to ask them for the refund.
