worst company EVER!!

i waited in all day for my delivery to come only to get a email, 3 hours later to say that no one was in, i was in the bedroom right next to the front door, has anyone got a number i can call for a complaint as it has happened more than once and i wasn't left a calling card

Sorry to hear about the issue you had. According to our systems, our driver returned this morning and carried out the delivery. Was everything okay?
