When I placed my goods order, I specified in the delivery instructions that it should be left with a neighbour, as I'm never home during delivery hours.
They failed to follow this instruction - posting a note saying it couldn't be delivered and that they'd try the nexy day. When the same thing happened the next day, I phoned them and told them again to leave it with a neighbour. "Anyone in my block" I said.
I should point out here that I live in a block of 16 flats, and a huge proportion of them are inhabited by retired people who are usually home during the day.
Anyway...weekend goes (when I'm without my product, which I need). Monday comes, and I get an email saying they've been unable to deliver it again!
It's really not that difficult.
Now I'm going to have to traipse to the depot to pick it up, 5 days after it should have originally arrived.
Useless. And making me inclined to never use the company I bought the product from again...I've told them as such.
