I purchased a jacket on line it came within two days I wasn't sure about the size so I ordered a size smaller by phone.Knowing that I would be returning one I asked about the best form of postage. The gentleman kindly advised that he would enclose a prepaid label with my second jacket. My second jacket arrived two days later and it fits beautifully. I am so happy and wish to thank all the staff .
