DPD UK

Completely useless!

I received my email confirming that my parcel would be delivered on the 3rd of December however after waiting all day the online tracker never moved off 'at delivery depot'.
After calling customer service they then called the depot, both the depot and customer service had no idea on the whereabouts of the parcel, no help whatsoever!
Personally I would never use DPD and I shall be making a complaint to vodafone about their choice of courier!

Just to keep you all updated on my DPD fiasco!
Okay so after waiting a few days now, I call dpd this morning after they have done a thorough search of their depot....they still cannot find my parcel, vodafone have now had to send me another new iPhone as clearly mine has been stolen by a member of staff at the dpd depot, what a joke, get your house in order dpd!
