Everything was fine, the staff courteous but your web site refused to recognise FlyBe's scheduled times of departure and arrival. I spoke to the staff at Birmingham Airport who said they had not received any instructions to change the time of arrival, although I had confirmed through 'Contact Us' on your web site the correct time of arrival, and subsequently with your staff at the airport before departing, who amended the return time on your sheet. This has not happened before when I have used you for 'Meet and Greet'. There was therefore a minor delay in getting my car, but otherwise all was wll.
I do hope that you will amend your web site and give Flybe flights their proper timetable recognition.
