We ordered our item back in late September 2013 when we bought our new home. The item did not arrive until mid Feb 214. This was despite a 6 week guide line period on the item ordered.
We did query this with the customer service team but they were less than helpful.
I wouldn't return quickly to order anything from Made.com.
After speaking with several friends and neighbours a similar experience was held. Quite frankly not good enough
Ithink the range on the website is really good and it great to have the varied choice. It must be said that it would be better if there were either more flash sales or cheaper prices as i do often find that with delivery its cheaper to simply walk into Soho!
The website was fairly straight forward to navigate, however, the payment process was quite the debacle.
For certain types of frames you cannot order online so you are forced to deal with the customer service team, who took my details down wrongly causing me to have to call several times to get this amended.
When the glasses came through they were in good condition and well packaged. One thing i would say is that the glass was not in great condition and i had to buy some heavy duty cleaner to get them into a reasonable state which was a little bit frustrating.
I would shop here again as the prices of the frames are far better than the high street and for a saving i got i would challenge most people to get a better deal.
