My first ever order with very.co.uk was a pre-order Xbox game, which after 2 weeks now still hasn't arrived. Tracking info says Dispatched but not delivered, clearly a problem with the courier, nothing to do with me, albeit their helpdesk team [allegedly] are trying to contact the driver and refuse to either send me a replacement or provide a full refund, which is totally unacceptable and VERY VERY poor way to treat your customers.
