I have purchased two pairs of glasses from selectspecs. Firstly I'd like to say that the customer service has been excellent, very quick responses when I've sent them messages and it took them no time at all to process my old glasses and get the new ones sent out.
Of the two pairs I've bought; one pair is absolutely fantastic, I love the glasses which were an excellent price;
The other pair, however, look quite different to the photograph on the website. It looks as though they've been photographed with a wide angle lens which has distorted their appearance somewhat.
It's a real shame that they don't accept returns on prescription items, even if they had to take some money off the refund to cover the lenses. It puts me off ordering more expensive glasses to know I may be stuck with them if I don't like them.
