i think my whole contract is very unclear and ive been havingproblems with my handset so i went into a phones for you shop only to be tole they cant help me and i have to disscuss my problem over the phone. I dont want to pay for a phone which is broken! The women on the phone told me they will be able to replace the handset if its still faulty only within the 28 days after ive agreed to the contract they cant replace the phone. I think this is unfair and im not happy with this service therefore i will be canceling my contract. My ohone turns its self off and wont swich back on and it freezes and is unresponsive untill i take the battery out and turn the phone back on.
