I don't make a habit of dishing out bad reviews but thought in this instance, it was required....
Ordered with next day delivery on 1/11 and nothing arrived by 8/11. I was informed that it had been dispatched and I'd receive my item within 5-6 days.....still nothing on the 16th. At this point My Protein were no longer returning my emails and on the 23rd I decided to cancel my order (having to wait 25mins in a telephone queue). On the 24th I received a phone call from one of My Protein's customer service agents apologising for what had happened and I was offered a discount for my next purchase which would be emailed to me. 10 days later and I'm STILL waiting for my voucher and AGAIN after mailing them I have not received a response.
Absolutely shocking customer service. At first I put it down to the courier company being at fault, but apparently a change in their systems was to blame. This I could understand, but it is unacceptable to make false promises, leave customers waiting for long periods in a telephone queue and not respond to numerous mails....and then fail to send a discount when offered!!!
Like many others I will NEVER again order from My Protein.
