Festive Lights

Talk to a real person on a Saturday morning!

I ordered some goods from feative lights and had a problem with the delivery firm.
I was amazed on ringing Festive Lights office to be able to speak to a real person on a Saturday morning to discuss my problem.
My problem was sorted out with good humour and efficiency, I was even called with a progress update on the Monday morning.
The goods arrived and are exactly what i wanted, work well and look good.
I would recomend Festive Lights for thier excellent customer service and will certainly use them again.
