I recently made my 4th purchase from select specs and found that for the first time I encountered a problem. Basically my order went went missing after I purchased it via royal mail. Once I presented Selectspecs with my problem they promptly dealt with it and efficiently re-sent a replacement order for me.
I believe the best way to judge a company for customer service is when they have to deal with a complaint and I have to say that the excellent service I received will be the reason I will use this company again!
