Terrible to say the least

when I placed my order I recieved an email with minor detail about my order, there was no order number, no item number, no product description bought.. There was just an email saying my order was being processed. I thought I should wait for a few days before I make contact with the company. After 3 days of not hearing for the company I sent an email requesting an update, still no reply. I called several times but the phone just rang through, I eventually got fraustrated and left a voicemail, which not surprisingly was not responded to. I called again the next day and the phone was then answered I asked about the status of my order just to find that they couldn't track it as they previously did not provide me with an order number, we eventually had to use the date in which the order was placed to then track it on their system. Once tracked they then said the rug was out of stock (this is something they should have put on their website) thier supplier would only deliver in 10 days! I eventually decided to go ahead with this as I had already waited a good few days. This is week 3 since placing the order and as at morning time I had heard nothing from the company, I had to call in see rap times just to find out that the rug is actually now with them!!

All in all a terrible customer service they have set up, I am not planning on using this company again, and I will make sure my friends and family stay well away.
