After making the telephone call about 20 minutes before arrival at the airport only had to drive round the (very small) block twice before being met. The chap collecting the car was very professional - asking us to point out any dents or scratches on the vehicle and also recording the mileage.
On return to uk made the call and by the time we had walked out to the meeting point the car was there. Chap delivering the car asked us to check for dents/damage and then handed us the keys back. On checking the mileage the car had only done 11 miles - great. So simple and would not hesitate to use this service again.
