Quality merchandise and great service, despite hiccup with delivery

The barstools we purchased are super. Great quality, easy to assemble and exactly what we needed. We received 3 of 4 base plates when delivered. A call to Atlantic was met with a friendly customer service representative who confirmed the 4th should have been in the initial delivery. No matter, they will sort it out with the logistics handler, get a new base sent anyway and if we ended up with an extra one, please refuse the duplicate delivery. Duly, following day, a missing base plate arrived. No quibbles at all. I don't know if we actually received the first missing item or a replacement, but i didn't need to care. Super service and will definitely have Atlantic as a favourite retailer on my list.
