The site hid extra fees in the terms and conditions, site pickup fees that amounted to an extra 40% on my total bill.
When I called to discuss this, the initial woman I spoke to was kind enough. When I asked to speak to someone that could do something about the extra fees, the male manager I spoke to was about the most disrespectful person I have ever spoken to on the phone. He was completely arrogant and belittling from the start of the conversation. This was the first time I've ever lost my temper dealing with a customer "service" person. Awful, just awful, will never deal with Auto Europe again, even if the price is a bit better
