Placed an order, arrived on time, all good. Plumber fits the goods, one items doesn't work, clearly defective. I call BetterBathrooms assuming a quick return or refund would be possible. Long story short 4 phone calls, 1 email (not replied to), 4 twitter conversations later I'm no closer to being able 'allowed' to return this product. Each time this company promised to call me back they haven't. They wanted photos of the defective item. Apparently their technical team has to 'evaluate' it. I'm not exactly sure what I'm supposed to do if their 'technical' team disagree with my plumber. I was asked to take photos of the product and send them. Staff are patronising on the phone and clearly couldn't care less.
So in summary, learn from my mistake, save yourself the headache, order elsewhere in case you need customer service.
