Although Ambiente has always replied to my emails politely, actual results have been non-existent. First, they delivered the wrong stool. Then they told me that the one I wanted wasn't available for 10 weeks. Then after 10 weeks - and only when I contacted them - they told me there were none of the stool I wanted in Europe and it would be 4 months before they could get one. Why is the product on their website if it is unavailable? Unimpressed.
